1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity on it. You must be old enough to legally use this service in your jurisdiction.
2. Content you post
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By posting, you grant us a license to display it on the service to the audience your visibility settings allow. Do not upload content you don't have the rights to, or content that is illegal, harassing, or infringing.
3. Agency representation
Requesting or accepting representation through this service records a relationship between a model account and an agency account. We are a platform connecting the two parties — we are not a party to, and do not enforce, any actual representation agreement between you and an agency.
4. Prohibited conduct
No impersonation, harassment, scraping, spam, or attempts to bypass account or security controls. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
